ReplyDeleteTexlaxed hair is underprocessed. So basically, the hair is mildly relaxed i.e. the relaxer is not left in long enough to fully straighten the hair. It has a lot of texture. In my opinion, it is healthier than fully relaxed hair although some people find it difficult to manage.
